Raised in the Irvington Newark area of New Jersey TRENDS first got interested in djing at 10 years of age when he saw a local dj from his neighborhood save his older sisters house party from becoming a disaster. TRENDS got his start in the NY club scene in 1999 opening for CIPHA SOUNDS and FUNKMASTER FLEX. He started headlining his own gigs by 2001 and worked his way into HOT 97 this past August of 2006.
